Somerset SAINT (Schhol aged immunisation nursing team) have had to delay the primary aged flu sessions until after half term to enable them to deliver the COVID program to 12-15 year olds. Therefore our schools original planned flu vaccination date has been CANCELLED and a new date will be issued within the coming weeks.

Once we have been informed of a new date we will let you know. In the mean time can you please complete the form giving consent or declining the flu immunisation (one for each child) using the following link.
